Steady support for the birth you’re planning
Thoughtful preparation and a calm, steady presence from pregnancy through the first moments with your baby.
Birth Support includes:
- Complimentary consultation
- Two prenatal visits
- Call, text, and email support
- On-call availability from 38-42 weeks
- Continuous support throughout labor and delivery
- Support and guidance for 2-3 hours immediately after birth
- One follow-up visit in the first four weeks
During our prenatal visits, we’ll talk through your hopes, concerns, and birth plan, then explore positions and comfort techniques you and your support person can use in labor.
VBAC preparation is included at no extra cost. You don’t need to plan an unmedicated birth to work with me. I support hospital and home births alongside your licensed care team.
